4,4’-methylene bis (3-chloro-2,6-diethylaniline) (MCDEA) is a preferred curative for leading edge polyurethane/urea elastomers and epoxy systems, known for its high temperature performance, low heat build-up, and enhanced mechanical properties. MCDEA is an outstanding low-toxicity aromatic diamine curative for high-performance cast polyurethane and polyurea applications and hardener for glycidyl type epoxy resins. It provides excellent handling and processing characteristics, making it suitable for demanding applications.
