4,4'-Methylene-bis-(Ortho-Chloroaniline) (MOCA)

Methylene-bis(ortho-chloroaniline) (MOCA) is a granular curing agent for urethane and epoxy resins with a minimum purity specification of 99%. It is widely used in the hot cast process with TDI prepolymers, delivering polymers with excellent high-temperature retention, dynamic performance, and extended gel times. MOCA enhances the durability, resiliency, and physical properties of polyurea semi-rigid foams and hot cast elastomers, offering abrasion resistance, tensile strength, and impact strength. Its applications span performance wheels, rollers, seals, gaskets, coatings, semi-rigid foams, and various other durable elastomeric products.
