Gantade’s Caprolactone-modified acrylate reactive monomers contain caprolactone chains with a primary hydroxyl end-functionality, allowing for crosslinking with isocyanate or melamine agents in acrylic resin systems. These monomers excel in creating high-performance coatings, adhesives, and films due to their reactivity with melamine-formaldehyde crosslinking agents and multifunctional isocyanates. They are also used in UV curable acrylates and formulations, offering a wide range of viscosities for flexible formulation. The monomers have high purity, low color and odor, and very low residual catalyst levels.
